Algerian champion Adrien Chouchou Karim took second place in the World Mountain Running Championships in the Master M35 category, taking second place in the 34 km race and second place in the 5 km uphill race.

Toyin Augustus, a one time African Champion, 3X National Champion & Olympian, added to her resumé a World Championship title at the World Masters Athletics Indoor Championships, winning the women's 60m with a 7.93s, in the W34 category.

Toyin come out on top of what could have been a 1-2-3 finish for USA but turned it out to be a 2-3-4 for the states.

Kenya bags two gold medals and a silver It was a day of medals galore for Kenya on Friday night at the ongoing World Masters Athletics Indoor championships in Alachua County, Gainesville Florida USA. Two gold medals and a silver were clinched by team Kenya.
